From a Santiago classroom to a nearshore powerhouse
Hugo A. Hidalgo founded Evallish with a simple conviction: the Dominican Republic could deliver customer experiences that rival any market in the world. Born and raised in Santiago de los Caballeros, he combined a marketing education from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) with hands-on experience in recruitment, training and operations.
That blend shaped a leader who is equally comfortable designing a go-to-market strategy and walking the operations floor. Under his direction, Evallish grew from a small contact center into a full BPO partner offering customer service, telemarketing, technical support, order taking, appointment setting and back-office solutions.
Today Hugo leads with the same belief that started it all — that talented, bilingual Dominican teams, given the right culture and technology, can outperform expectations for every client they serve.
